In connection with the developments the firm is currently under taking along with new opportunities, Boomerang Development Group has private development funds for qualified investors.
The New York City real estate market is among the most desirable locations for those looking to invest, however it is also among the most difficult to identify financially sound deals and one of the most difficult and expensive cities in the country to develop properties. This requires a tremendous amount of “know how” from evaluating new deals all the way through construction and marketing. With this in mind, our goal is to create a vehicle for which common qualified investors can invest in this market from an hands off equity position while leaving all the hard work to qualified professionals.
About the Funds
Boomerang Development Group has created one private project specific fund and in is the process of creating our second fund. This fund will be designed to raise a certain amount of capital that will be used as equity positions for multiple projects through out the five boroughs under one umbrella. Through our existing resources and partnerships with some of the most established and brightest in the industry, which will present new opportunities that may not be available to the general market.
These opportunities include off market deals, ground up development, renovations, asset re-positioning and private lending. These are opportunities where we commit equity in along side our investors and projects we feel value can be added.
